The Firm

Founded by operators, not account managers, who have run real money against real deadlines, and run your account the same way.

Good Multiple exists because of a pattern we kept seeing from the inside: the agency bills hours, the client burns spend, and at no point did anyone write down what the money was supposed to return.

Our team has spent years running paid social with real money on the line, including the fundraising campaigns of a charity we help lead. When real budget is in the auction every day, you learn things retainer agencies never have to: which creative actually sells, when scaling is real and when it is a dashboard illusion, and how quickly an account dies from neglect dressed up as strategy.

We built Good Multiple to run client accounts the way they should be run. That is the whole founding idea. It is why we keep the book deliberately small, why every engagement begins with a target in writing, and why the weekly letter reports the decisions we made with your money in plain language, including the ones that did not work.

It is also why charities hold a standing place here. Our team has raised money for real causes with real deadlines, and we have seen how fundraising is usually treated by agencies: as a discount tier or a percentage skim. We do neither. Charities pay a flat, reduced rate, and we never take a percentage of donations.

The team

Who reads your enquiry.

A team of senior associates

The people who read your enquiry

Every enquiry is read by a senior associate, not a pipeline. Good Multiple is run by a small team of senior creative and media specialists who have spent years running paid social with real money on the line, including the fundraising campaigns of a charity we help lead. The people who plan your account are the people who make your ads.

A good fit

  • Brands spending $10,000 to $250,000 a month who want accountability, not theater
  • Founders who will share real numbers and answer creative questions honestly
  • Charities that treat fundraising as a discipline, not a miracle
  • Anyone who reads the weekly letter and replies with a hard question

A poor fit

  • Anyone shopping for a guaranteed return; we write targets, we do not sell promises
  • Brands that want ads run but will not touch the offer or the landing page
  • Committees that need six approvals per ad; testing dies at that speed
  • Anyone who wants the cheapest option; we are deliberately not it
The letters

How we think, in writing.

We publish some of our thinking as letters: on keeping the book small, on creative, on what charities should demand from their agencies.
